Tilmann Kramolisch

Director

Tilmann Kramolisch, as managing director, is responsible for the entire work of the association. This includes, amongst other things, budget planning, public relations and communication, co-operations, co-ordination of the European natureplus country representatives and contact points as well as member support. The economist and political scientist is also the contact person for all those who wish to become involved in ecological building and sustainable building products.

Ramona Lück

Kommunikation, Events, Research

Ramona Lück is responsible for the areas communication, public relations and member support. Based on her experience, for example in event management and communications, she is also involved in the planning and execution of natureplus events and supports various research projects.

Maria Renner

Research, Events, Criteria

After working at the university and in planning offices, Maria Renner is now active in the association's research and event planning departments. She also supports the Criteria Commission in its work.

Eric Draeger

Eric Draeger is responsible for the association's social media channels and supports the planning and implementation of web seminars and events. After working in management consultancy and in a family-run forestry company, the graduate economist also cooperates with the management to optimise internal procedures and processes.

Rolf Buschmann

Political Consultant

Rolf Buschmann, as chairman of the association's Board, advises the management primarily on strategic issues. The chemist and former director of the KATALYSE Institute Cologne supports the association with his scientific expertise, at events and in lobbying. Buschmann works mainly for the environmental organisation BUND - Bund für Umwelt und Naturschutz Deutschland / friends of the earth Germany.

Thomas Schmitz

Senior Consultant

The former managing director of natureplus contributes his many years of experience as a consultant to the management. The former managing editor of Öko-Test and Öko-Haus continues to support the Association in the areas of public relations and committees, the development of criteria and customer care. Thomas Schmitz is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of natureplus INSTITUTE SCE mbH.
