"Natural Fibre Insulation CPDs - What are the benefits?" ASBP Events in London 19 Sept, 26 Oct and 23 Nov.

The benefits of natural insulation products and systems are many, including superior performance for moisture control, assisting with preventing overheating, reducing exposure to VOCs, good fire performance as well as being low impact, low embodied carbon and pleasant to handle.

On September 19th we'll be joined by two members of the Natural Fibre Insulation Group; Andy Mitchell, Managing Director of Natural Building Technologies who are a leading distributor of the Pavatex wood fibre product range and Mark Lynn, an ASBP board member who heads up Eden Renewables, the manufacturer of Thermafleece sheep's wool insulation. The speakers will focus their discussion on moisture control, breathability and thermal comfort, whilst Gary Newman of the ASBP will give an overview of the wide range of benefits of natural fibre insulation.

The ASBP has developed these Continuing Professional Developments which contain 2 hours of core curriculum content to provide architects and specifiers with knowledge of the wide range of products and systems available on the market.

Attendees should leave the event with a greater ability to successfully design and specify natural fibre insulation products and systems in a way that maximises their many benefits.
